Gorden Videen
SSI Research Scientist

Dr. Gorden Videen's research interests have focused on light scattering from irregularly shaped aerosol particles and surfaces. Over the past few years he has been developing models to explain the polarization properties of planetary regoliths. Much of his work has been developing fundamental light-scattering theories, but he has also applied these theories to studies of planetary regoliths, asteroids, cometary dust, and atmospheric aerosols.
